We are so lucky that Chris Brechnitz joined our team in 2019! Fun fact: Chris gained his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri and was in the same fraternity as our president, Jay Gunter Besheer. Jay and Chris are years apart from attending at the same time, but it’s fun for them to have that in common!

What are you most passionate about? I enjoy playing with computers, audio, and video.
What’s your favorite movie? Vertigo
What was the most unique or scary experience treating a customer’s house? I treat bed bugs, so you DON’T want to know. Really, you don’t.
How long have you worked at Gunter Pest and Lawn Care? I’ve been at Gunter for almost eight months.
What is your favorite thing about your job? I enjoy working for a close-knit, family-owned business.
What’s your favorite family tradition? We all meet in Florida for Thanksgiving
Where were you born and how long have you lived in Kansas City? I was born in Decatur, Illinois but I’ve lived in Kansas City for about 20 years now.
What are your favorite things about living in Kansas City? What area of the city do you live in? I like the balance in KC between having a smaller town feel with big-city attractions. I live in South Kansas City.
What are three things that are left unchecked on your bucket list? I’d like to visit Istanbul, parachute, and ride in a submarine.
